Meet Claire Montgomery: Your TTA Events, Education & Membership Lead

Hello everyone! I’m Claire Montgomery, and I’m thrilled to serve as the Events, Education & Membership Lead at Table Tennis Australia. My role focuses on creating seamless, effective pathways for education, accreditation, and membership, alongside ensuring the smooth running of national and state events. I’m passionate about supporting our officials and the wider table tennis community to thrive.

With a background in sports administration and a keen interest in governance and training development, I enjoy designing frameworks that help umpires and referees grow their skills while making officiating approachable and rewarding. I also coordinate tournament programs, contributing to an exciting calendar of competitions across Australia.

When I’m not working on TTA projects, I’m often liaising with clubs, member associations, and officials to hear your experiences and suggestions. Your feedback is invaluable in shaping our services and creating resources that truly meet your needs.
